She paired the bizarre look with lots of neck and ear jewelry and some great looking white Louboutin spike heels with the signature red bottoms.
Her new single ‘We Can’t Stop’ was released on June 3, 2013, by RCA Records — the lead song from her upcoming fourth studio album.
The R&B urban pop track premiered on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show and sold 214,000 copies in its first week and debuted at #3 on Billboard Hot Digital Songs chart.
