A man in West Hollywood claims Lindsay Lohan was involved in a hit and run accident involving a little girl being pushed in a stroller by her nanny. He alleges that Lohan came out of a parking garage quickly, making only a brief pause at the red light instead of a full stop.
According to Brayan Jaime, “There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a two or three-year-old, crossing the street, Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn’t super hard, but she made impact and hit them.”
Jaime told Radaronline that Lindsay only stopped for a few seconds before taking off again. He said: “She was just driving like crazy once I started following her. She was trying to lose me, blowing stop signs and stuff. Lindsay was scared because she knew I saw what she did.”
This conflicts with an eyewitness account reported by TMZ. A photographer said Lindsay was leaving her apartment building and was turning onto Holloway Drive with a green light. He said: “Lindsay ever-so-slightly tapped the stroller — like one mile an hour.”
He said Lindsay pulled over, asked the nanny if everything was okay and was told everything was fine, so she continued on her way.
When Radaronline contacted the recently released from rehab starlet for comment she stated, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
TMZ summed it up best when they pointed out the obvious — no one has gone to the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department to file a report on an incident that happen two days ago.
