Lady GaGa certainly knows how to make an entrance. The pop diva arrived on the red carpet at the 53rd annual Grammy Awards in a gigantic, semi-transparent egg, “hatching” onstage to perform her new song, “Born This Way.”
Earlier in the day, Lady GaGa’s Twitter page hinted at what was to come:
“This is Nicola, Haus of Gaga: Gaga is in incubation. Tonight’s performance is in collaboration with Hussein Chalayan and House of Mugler. X”
Well, that’s one way to avoid those pesky red carpet interviews.
In addition to Best Short Form Video, GaGa won the Best Pop Vocal Album award for “The Fame Monster.”
