Wow… the Lohan family cannot seem to stay out of the spotlight. Now that Lindsay is in jail, it seems that her daddy may be headed down that path as well. Michael Lohan’s fiancee Kate Major has filed a police complaint against Lohan, claiming he knocked her off a chair and kicked her while she was down.
The former tabloid reporter claims this all happened on Monday. During the altercation over whether or not he checked into an L.A. hotel with another woman, Major allegedly injured her shoulder. Kate got medical treatment at a local hospital and claims to have photographic evidence of the injuries that she sustained.
She visited the Southampton Police Department to file an official report. Now Lohan can’t get her to respond to his phone calls – and according to him, she has drained one of their bank account. Interesting…
Michael has admitted that a disagreement did in fact occur, but is adamant that he never laid a hand on his future wife. He claims that the argument is over two of the women who will appear in his upcoming reality show Celebrity House.
Former Tiger Woods mistresses Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James will be part of the cast and apparently Kate doesn’t trust either one of them — and for good reason. He was recently photographed with Uchitel at a high profile event in Southampton.
As for their upcoming nuptials in New York this fall? He said, “Why wouldn’t it still be on?” Why indeed…
