Last month funny man and Parks and Recreation star Aziz Ansari did a spoof video of teen sensation Justin Bieber on the popular website Funnyordie.com. On April Fools Day, Justin Bieber got his revenge by “buying” and taking over the entire website, even renaming it Bieber or Die.
A message on the site read, “Justin Bieber has decided to buy Funny or Die and do with it whatever his tiny little heart desires.” The elaborate prank was underway and he made it a good one!
Bieber filled the site with humorous videos of himself spoofing such YouTube classics as David After the Dentist. Justin’s rendition was titled Bieber After the Dentist. Adding to the hoax with a Bieber Takes Over video, the young heartthrob explained why he “bought” the website: “Anything that’s not Bieber dies! I’m a star. I do what stars do. I ride on yachts. I autograph lady lumps. And I pay people to slap them.” His ridiculously funny statement was just the beginning.
In total the young star posted eleven hilarious videos. Talk about Bieber Fever. It’s been a great week for Justin. Not only did he overtake an entire website for a killer April Fools prank, but he also appeared on American Idol, and his album My World 2.0 currently sits at number one on the charts.
