No worries … the teen phenom still has 7,938,520 followers so all is not lost.
Obviously bothered because he upset some of his fans, Justin has promised to grow his hair back — but on his lip this time. So funny! Bieber tweeted over the weekend that he was going to stop shaving for a month.
