Amid rumors that Ryan Seacrest was selling his house, which he dubbed “Casa di Pace” (House of Peace), the hardest working man in Hollywood officially listed his Hollywood Hills mansion for $14,950,000.
Seacrest bought the home from Kevin Costner in 2006 for $11,500,000, and worked with interior designer Jeff Andrews to give the house a “feeling of timelessness and peace.”
The 10,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa boasts 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and was featured in Architectural Digest in January 2008.
The home sits on nearly one acre, and includes a lighted tennis court, lap pool, and pool house.
The house itself includes an entrance hall, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a den, library, family room, screening room, and fitness facilities.
