According to the trade publication Pollstar, Taylor Swift pulled in an average box office gross of $1,784,275 per city — topping the North American music tour list among her peers last week.
The new list, based on data provided by concert promoters and venue managers, also indicates that fans are paying an average of $82.24 to see the singer do her thing on the ‘Red’ Tour.
Check out the list of the Top 10. We found it interesting that while Swift amasses the most money per concert, the average ticket price paid by Bon Jovi fans is nearly $100.
The rankings are recalculated each week, with previous rankings noted in parenthesis. Based on our keen observation, Bon Jovi’s ‘Because We Can’ gig slipped slightly, getting edged out by Kenny Chesney’s ‘No Shoes Nation Tour’ for the #2 spot.
It appears that ‘Country’s Hottest Guy of 2013,’ according to PEOPLE, is holding his own with concert-goers.
