There has been mounting speculation that Ali Lohan has undergone plastic surgery to alter her facial features.
Big sister Lindsay Lohan was quick to set the record straight, via Twitter, with an emphatic, “My sister Ali has “NEVER” had plastic surgery.”
That said, the contrast between 2009 photos of the young model and new photos are strikingly different. The once soft and rounded features of the teen seem sharp and drawn. She appears to have grow taller without putting on any additional weight to support the changes.
Stepping up to put the proper spin on the growing firestorm of controversy is the young teen’s rep at Next Model Management, Alexis Borges. She said, “I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery. As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly.”
She went on to say, “The 17-year-old is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape.”
