CBS has no beef with Charlie …

What? Can this be true? According to a new Radar Online report, CBS President and CEO Les Moonves wants actor Charlie Sheen back in the fold on Two and a Half Men.

Top exec’s at CBS have been in discussions in recent days with Warner Bros. Television. In fact, Mooves has been speaking directly with Two and a Half Men co-creator and executive producer Chuck Lorre. He reportedly told him: “Let us handle Charlie.”

According to Radar‘s insider exclusive: “Moonves wants to get the show back on the air. He’s all for it. He says certain people need to forget anything and everything Charlie’s done recently and just move on with the business at hand.”

He is undoubtedly referring to all of the “trolls” connected with the hit sitcom. Sounds like a ‘turn the other cheek’ order delivered straight from the top.

The source went on to say: “The core issue is the volatile relationship between Charlie Sheen and Chuck Lorre. Moonves believes that if CBS and Warner Bros can find a way to get Charlie and Chuck speaking again, cooler head will prevail.”

While unemployed, Charlie has managed to set up a 20 concert tour to take his show on the road. He has filed a $100 million lawsuit against Lorre and Warner Bros. TMZ is also reporting that Sheen took part in a hush-hush brainstorming session last Thursday with the head honchos at FOX.

Small wonder that CBS is getting edgy…
