Elin Nordegren has plunked down $12.2 million for a new home on Seminole Beach Road in North Palm Beach, ten miles from the new $50 million Jupiter bachelor pad of her ex-husband and baby daddy Tiger Woods.
As part of their divorce settlement agreement–which included a $110 million payday for Elin, the couple agreed to live near each other for the sake of their kids. A small concession … under the circumstances.
The Swedish mother-of-two will move into the 17,000 square foot home within the next few weeks. She purchased the two-story beach front mansion, that boasts eight bedrooms and a 4,700 square foot basement, from her divorce lawyer Dennis Belcher in February.
Nearby celebrity neighbors are New York Giants running back Tucker Frederickson and West Virginia coal magnate Christopher Cline — who happens to have a playboy reputation.
