Not winning …

Richard Hatch has been ordered back to prison for nine months for income tax evasion. The Celebrity Apprentice 4 contestant is part of Donald Trump‘s newest cast on the NBC show that premiered last week.

The show was filmed in the fall of 2010 and a live finale will air on May 22, 2011. Even if the former Survivor winner is one of the remaining two players vying for the top prize, a judge ruled that he will remain behind bars.

Hatch spent three years in prison for failing to pay taxes on his $1 million Survivor reality show winnings. He now owes $2 million and has made no attempt to repay the government any portion of his delinquent tax bill.

In addition to the nine months of incarceration that is set to begin on Monday, Judge William E. Smith further sentenced the reality star to an additional 26 months of supervised release. The IRS will garnish 25% of his future wages until he has paid off the hefty debt.

Last week David Cassidy was the first Celebrity Apprentice contestant to get booted from the show.
