Now that the marriage between Tiger Woods and model Elin Nordegren is over, they are both moving forward. Elin is renting a home in Windermere, Fla. and Tiger is building a $54 million mega mansion on Florida’s exclusive Jupiter Island.

Four days after the divorce was finalized Woods signed the documents for his new home in Martin County and listed himself as a single man. The loan is due to be paid back in full by January 15, 2016.

The estate will sit on three parcels of land and feature tennis courts, an oxygen therapy room, multiple pools and a state of the art fitness center.

We’ve also heard that Tiger has leased a bachelor pad in Manhattan, moving in some of his personal items on Sunday evening. The apartment is on Hudson Street – see photo below. A woman walking her dog saw him double park his BMW, and carry in boxes and golf clubs. He even stopped to pet her dog. According to the New York Daily News, she was an attractive brunette.

Perhaps Nordegren and the children will be moving back into the current family home once Tiger has moved out. We found it odd that she was merely renting something in the old neighborhood.

Elin broke her nine month silence the day after the divorce was final on the cover of People magazine – that interview here.
