Lindsay Lohan was given a new set of rules by Judge Elden Fox this morning, less than 12 hours after she was released from an inpatient rehab program at UCLA Medical Center.
Shawn Chapman Holley outlined the new ground rules in a press conference that followed an early morning meeting with the judge. Her client was not required to appear and did not.
Lindsay must:
–Reside at home until Nov. 1.
–Submit to random drug and alcohol testing twice a week.
–Participate in psychotherapy a minimum of 4 days a week.
–Attend behavior therapy sessions 2 times a week.
–Attend a 12-step program.
Fox warned the legal eagle that if her client fails to pass her drug and alcohol screening, she will be immediately remanded to jail for 30 days for each violation. She was also cautioned that Lohan will not be allowed to leave California without court approval.
Holley told reporters: “Lindsay is looking forward to beginning anew, and having a productive life and schedule.”
Reporters wanted to know if Lohan would be attending the premiere tonight of “Machete”. Holley indicated that Lilo will not be attending the red carpet event because “she’s very serious about her sobriety.”
A poster from the movie shows a Nun (Lohan) licking a long-barrel gun.
