Kelly Preston and John Travolta announced they are expecting this past May and their rep has confirmed the baby is a boy.
The couple, who is still healing after the tragic death of their 16-year-old son Jett in January 2009, celebrated the joyful news with 40 close friends at a shower held at their Los Angeles-area home.
Shower co-host Keisha Whitaker said the event, an intimate outdoor gathering, “was a wonderful day.” Another family friend said, “This baby is such a healing baby.”
The new baby boy will join big sister Ella Bleu, 10.
