The custody battle is on and the gloves are off, but Britney and K-Fed actually agree on one issue – keeping the details of their legal jostling out of the media.

Alonzo Wickers IV, an attorney representing the press outlets, argued that at least some of the documents pertaining to the case should be made public.

Because of the minor children, 23-month-old Sean Preston and 11-month old Jayden James, Gordon granted a conditional seal on July 30.

But Wickers said that the release of basic information about child and spousal support would not cause harm to the kids. He had no problem with documents containing medical records, telephone numbers and other personal information being kept private.
