Britney Spears has had one heck of a year but her world finally seems to be coming full circle and she is doing great. On Saturday night Spears made a surprise appearance at a Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey event. The gathering was in support of their foundation charity, Generation Rescue, which focuses on autistic research.
The gala was sponsored by Star Queen Vodka at Jenny and Jim’s home in Brentwood, California. For entertainment the Dancing With the Stars dancers put on a show and of course Carrey took the stage and made sure the guests got a good laugh.
Other guests at the party included couples Charlie Sheen and new wife Brooke Mueller as well as Robert Rodriguez and Rose McGowan, who were seen kissing..a lot.
