Comedian Robert Schimmel was involved in a car wreck Thursday in Arizona and remains hospitalized in “very serious” condition.
Schimmel was in the passenger seat and his 19-year-old daughter was driving . Sources report she swerved to avoid an accident in her lane causing her vehicle to overturn.
Schimmel’s 11-year-old son was also in the car and was released without injuries the day of the accident. Schimmel’s daughter was hospitalized, is in stable condition and is expected to make a full recovery.
Schimmel is best known for his work on The Howard Stern Show.
