Yesterday at 11:10 a.m., a 911 call was made after Samantha Ronson‘s pet dog attacked another canine and its owner. By the time police arrived at the scene the neighbor’s dog was dead.
The caller told the 911 dispatcher that a pit bull was to blame for the attack, but it was actually a bulldog named Cadillac. The slain animal was a 3 lb. Maltese, whose owner suffered only minor injuries.
Ronson was sleeping in her apartment at the time of the incident. One of her friends, staying at her home, reportedly allowed the dog to roam the outer hallway and that is where the attack occurred.
Cadillac has previously exhibited attack behavior and was sent for a three week stay at a doggie bootcamp for socialization, returning to Ronson’s apartment building just five days before the latest attack.
Samantha has sent the dog to live with relatives on the East Coast.
