Floyd Mayweather Jr., 33, was arrested, then later released, after a domestic incident at the Las Vegas home of ex-girlfriend Josie Harris.

Police received a call at 5:03 a.m. on Thursday from Harris, mother of Mayweather’s three children, ages 7 to 10. The 30-year-old model claimed she was attacked and beaten by the boxer, and that he threatened to kill her. She was treated at Southern Hills Hospital Thursday for minor injuries and released.

In a restraining order, also filed Thursday, Harris claims Mayweather arrived at her home sometime between 2 and 3am and began searching through her belongings, yelling that he knew she was dating someone else and that he would have “me and my guy friend taken care of.” She called police, who escorted Mayweather out of the home.

According to Harris, Mayweather returned to the home roughly two hours later, re-entering through her son’s bedroom door. She was sleeping on the couch and according to a document obtained by TMZ, Harris says:
