Splitting headache led to discovery of 4-inch rusty blade …

Li Fu, a Chinese man from Yunnan province, went to his doctor because he had a splitting headache. An x-ray revealed that the origin of his pain was a rusted 4-inch knife blade in his skull.

The unsuspecting guy had reportedly been suffering from migraine headaches for years. Recently the pain got unbearable and he was having difficulty opening his mouth.

A trip to the hospital finally got to the heart of the matter when a medical team viewed a series of x-rays.

Though doctors couldn’t find any evidence of an old entry wound, the patient told them that he had been stabbed in the jaw during a robbery attempt in 2006 but he had no idea that the blade of the weapon had become lodged in his head.

The badly degraded knife blade was successfully removed and the man is expected to make a full recovery. Check out the video below:
