Britney rocks Vegas …
The cat was out of the bag early Friday regarding the surprise performance by Britney Spears at Rain Nightclub in Palms Casino Resort.
Spears did a good job of keeping the lid on things until Friday morning. She tweeted: “Looks like my little secret isn’t a secret anymore. Who’s coming to watch me take the stage TONIGHT? You’re all invited. Be there or be square bitch!”
A thousand fans showed up to watch the pop star perform singles Hold it Against Me, Till the World Ends and Big Fat Bass from her new album Femme Fatale.
The gig was filmed by MTV for an upcoming Britney Spears special that will air next week in celebration of her new album release.
Palms owner George Maloof said: “We are extremely excited to have one of the most iconic artists of all time back at the Palms. Britney’s performances were unbelievable and her fans will never forget the night. We have a great relationship with MTV and feel fortunate to be a part of her upcoming special.”
Femme Fatale, Britney’s seventh studio album, will drop on March 29.
