Mariah Carey has had her hands full taking care of infant twins, but she has decided that the time is right for a musical comeback.
The singer took to her Twitter page to upload a new image that she captioned, “So happy to be back in the studio with the one & only @Mr_Dupri aka Jermash!”
That makes it official. Mimi is collaborating with longtime friend and producer Jermaine Dupri, and dare we suggest that she looks right at home.
Besides her holiday collection album, MC hasn’t released a studio album since Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel in 2009.
Hubby Nick Cannon recently revealed, “She’s been working away…and you’re definitely gonna see some new phenomenal music from Mariah.” The America’s Got Talent host said his wife could be ready to release something by the end of the year.
