Lindsay Lohan has reportedly checked out of the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California and transferred to Cliffside Malibu.

Because of unspecified “problems,” Lohan will complete the remainder of her court ordered drug and alcohol rehabilitation at a center that is geared to longer-term stays.

Both Santa Monica City prosecuting attorney Terry White and Judge jams Dabney signed off on the transfer request.

Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Holley told ABC News in a statement, “Lindsay is grateful for the treatment she received at the Betty Ford Center. She has completed her course of treatment there and looks forward to continuing her treatment and building on the foundation established at Betty Ford.”

The actress pleaded no contest to a charge of lying to an officer and reckless driving stemming from a 2012 accident earlier this year. The judge on the case sentenced Lilo to three months rehab, 30 days of community service, a fine and 18 months of psychological counseling.

Radaronline spoke with a source who claims Betty Ford Center was happy to see her go. They report the ‘Mean Girl’ actress was disruptive and refused to attend some group therapy sessions because she thought people were giving out information about her. Based on this leak — it would appear her fears had merit.
