Ellen DeGeneres and Portia di Rossi have listed their penthouse apartment in Beverly Hills for $899,000.
Taking a peek inside the condo, I’m not sure the duo have ever lived their, as the decor isn’t typical of the couple’s taste. Perhaps family or a staff member lived there?
The two recently purchased a home in Montecito for $26.5 million, after selling their Hollywood Hills compound to Ryan Seacrest for $49 million. They also own an equestrian estate in Hidden Valley, as well as another home in Beverly Hills.
DeGeneres is known for her real estate dealings, with an affinity for purchasing homes, redesigning them and then putting them on the market. She even bought Brad Pitt’s Malibu home in 2011, quietly selling it in June 2012 for $13 million.
The 1,683 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse at 200 North Swall Dr PH 53, is a corner unit in the Somerset building, with views of the mountains and trees.
An entry gallery leads to the living room and dining area with fireplace and eat-in kitchen. Both bedrooms are en-suite.
The building amenities include doorman, valet parking, security, gym, pool, spa, sauna, and club room.
