If you tuned in to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 1 last night, then you know that producers rounded an entertaining mix of old and new faces.
Former Housewives Adrienne Maloof, Camille Grammer and Taylor Armstrong were all in attendance at Kyle Richards’ white party, but more importantly, two new ladies joined cast.
Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson both made their Housewife debuts, with Eileen netting a record salary for her first season as a Bravo-lebrity.
Perhaps the most welcome new addition, however, was former LA Law and current Mad Men actor Harry Hamlin.
Hamlin on Housewives was an unexpected surprise, as it was initially rumored that he wouldn’t be appearing on the show.
He and Lisa are on the cusp of being too famous to be regulars on a Bravo celebrity show, but they’re making it work.
In fact, based on sarcastic comments Lisa made about being sick of following Harry’s orders, we’re guessing they’re really gonna jump into their characters and treat us to some semi-scripted relationship drama.
Fun fact: Hamlin was married to Nicolette Sheridan in the early 90s, so he’s gone from Desperate Housewife to Real Housewife. Upgrade!
