Amanda Bynes has survived her nose job surgery with flying colors.

This weekend, she finally had the procedure she’s been talking about for months, and not only did it go well, you’ll be able to see just how well soon.

“I made it out of the surgery alive!” Bynes Tweeted excitedly. Haha! I’ll post the video soon! I need one more procedure to thin out the bridge of my nose!”

“I’m going to post a video of some of the procedure on my twitter!”

If that doesn’t blow your hair back, we don’t know what will.

Bynes, who has called herself a survivor and a hero for living with a “birth defect” for 27 years, got the nose job to remove skin that “was like a webbing” between her eyes.

Webbing no one ever noticed, but whatever.

The reasons she’s come forward about having surgery, obviously, is the fact that the media always used freaking old Amanda Bynes photos. GAWD!

“I wasn’t going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don’t want old photos used anymore!” Amanda told her fans.

“I’m so sick of magazines and blogs using old photos! When will they stop? I will never look like that again! Having surgery was the most amazing thing!”

You know what’s also an amazing thing?

Psychotherapy.
