Every reality show needs drama to survive, and while the next season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians will almost certainly spend a lot of time focused on the break up between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, it seems we’ll only be getting one side of the story.
Yes, according to Radar Online Scott Disick will be fired from KUWTK as soon as lawyers for the E! network can figure out a way to terminate his contract in the least expensive way possible.
“There is a gross negligence clause, which Scott is obviously breaking with his insane behavior, so they are going to cut him loose from his contract,” a source close to the network tells Radar.
“Kris wants him cut from everything, and he won’t be able to use the Kardashians in any way to benefit him. He won’t even be able to say I’m Scott Disick of KUWTK for appearances. They probably won’t make an announcement because they don’t want to give him any more publicity, good or bad. Lawyers are working on it.”
We suppose it’s not to surprising that Kris Jenner takes a scorched earth approach to those who hurt her loved ones, but she’s missing out on some high-drama ratings gold by axing Scott from the show.
Plus, between Caitlyn Jenner getting her own series, Kanye West refusing to appear on KUWTK, and Scott getting the heave-ho, the show is about to be a 100% spouse-free zone.
Kris better hope things work out between Khloe and James Harden, or Keeping Up is just gonna be sixty minutes of the Kard sisters making fun of each other’s outfits every week.
