Earlier today, we explained why we love Taylor Swift.
Namely: she’s really gonna miss her cat when she goes away on tour in Europe.
But now two people who know Swift far better than we do have gone off in very positive detail about their close friend.
In comments made in Dazed & Confused magazine, Lena Dunham calls Swift a “camp mother.”
The actress says the artist makes sure her pals never lose touch.
“I feel that Taylor has really taken control and said, ‘I’m going to get us all together in the same place, I’m gonna make it very clear that friendship is powerful and women are magic and if anybody thinks this is a witches’ coven, they might be right.’
“She’s just made it her job in a very cool way.”
Along with Dunham, other famous females close to Swift include Karlie Kloss, Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Jaime King, Sarah Hyland, Cara Delevingne and Lily Aldridge.
Oh, and Lorde.
“She definitely brought me into this amazing world of supportive female friendship,” the Australian tells the same publication of her fellow singer.
Fr me, someone starts talking about boys and I’m like, ‘I just don’t know what to say,'” Lorde added. “I’m useless in that capacity and that was why I thought, ‘Well, I can’t have girl friends…I don’t know how to talk about boys.’
“But Taylor just glosses over the fact that I’m terrible at that and she’s just like, ‘It’s OK, I’ll love you for your other qualities.”
Most recently, Swift got the whole team together for King’s baby shower.
