All the Oscar winners were at the Vanity Fair Oscars after party on Sunday night. But nobody saw them.
Why?
Cuz Jay Z and Beyonce were there too.
Jay Z didn’t even want to stop and pose for pictures as he entered The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts after the Oscars on Sunday night. He and Beyonce were there only as guests, but they stole the show anyway.
One party-goer said, "Julianne Moore, Eddie Redmayne, and John Legend are walking around with their Oscars and all anybody here cares about now is Beyonce."
Snapping pics with your phone is a ‘no no’ at these exclusive parties, as it’s supposed to be a ‘safe’ place for a celebrity to party. But that doesn’t count Jay Z and Beyonce, apparently.
The party guest said, "You’re not supposed to take pictures of celebs inside, but when Beyonce and Jay Z came, everyone whipped out their phones!"
After their big entrance, J and B spent the rest of their evening in a booth sharing champagne cocktails with Jennifer Lopez, Benny Medina, and Kevin Hart.
The celebrity mega couple were due for a night off, as just a week ago Beyonce closed Grammys with an amazing performance of the gospel tune Take My Hand Precious Lord.
But a night off for this couple is still the biggest thing to happen at the Vanity Fair after party.
Sure there were Oscar winners there, but we’d been staring at them all night. Yeeesh.
