Bethenny Frankel has taken to Twitter and responded to critics who are giving her flak for posing in her young daughter's pajamas.
Over the weekend, the former reality star shared an odd photo of Instagram of her wearing her four-year old's clothing, writing as a caption:
"This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?"
The Internet quickly responded in hate talk, slamming Frankel for being too skinny, for trying to garner attention and/or for setting a bad example for girls across the country.
And, in response, Frankel has now essentially said: My goodness... get a life!
"BREAKING NEWS! World Scandal: Former reality star, failed talk show host & cocktail maven jokes by wearing her kids' pjs! #itcantbetrue," Bethenny Tweeted this morning, the sarcasm oozing out of her phone/computer.
The Real Housewives of New York City alum then added:
"When ur 4 year old peanut says 'mommy please put my dress on' & giggles uncontrollably, u do what ur told."
Many parents can relate to that, of course, but we somehow doubt little Bryn asked Bethenny to post the picture online.
Still, Frankel makes a decent point. There are definitely bigger issues in the world than a 43-year old squeezing into a four-year old's outfit. It's unclear why anyone should care about this supposed scandal.
That said, eat a cheeseburger, Bethenny Frankel. Maybe multiple cheeseburgers.
