While the rest of the world may be dancing around directly accusing Lindsay Lohan of faking her miscarriage, Joan Rivers has made a career of going where others fear to tread, and at the age of 80, the legendary comedienne is beyond pulling punches.
Always, quick with a quip, when a TMZ reporter asks Joan about Lindsay’s miscarriage in the above video, Rivers hilariously replies, "I hope she kept it."
When Joan’s daughter expresses her disgust her disgust with the off-color comment, Joan tells her to pipe down and jokes, "I was born with a coat hanger in my ear."
Yup. If you’re keeping score at home, that’s two fetus jokes within the span of about 8 seconds. Comics half Joan’s age can’t offend an audience that quickly!
Naturally, Joan’s comments have been a source of controversy with pro-life groups across the web expressing their outrage.
Joan, of course, couldn’t care less.
TMZ concluded their Lindsay line of questioning by asking if Joan thought Lohan was capable of being a good mother.
"Sure she’d be a good mother," Rivers replied. "Although, she’d probably put the diaper on the wrong end."
Never change, Joan.
What do you think? Did Joan Rivers go too far with her jokes about Lindsay’s miscarriage?
