Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Jameis Winston is in trouble with the law once again.
The Florida State quarterback was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly shoplifting crab legs from Publix, a super market in Florida.
He was issued a citation for the a misdemeanor crime and is yet to speak on the incident

Winston was at the center of a rape investigation last year after a Florida State student accused him of sexual assault.
The State Attorney declined to bring charges due to a lack of evidence, but has come under fire for seeming to give preferential treatment to a star athlete.
In November, the Associated Press reported that Winston was questioned about his involvement in a long-running BB gun battle as well; and Burger King even alleged Winston was stealing soda in a ketchup cup.
On its own, the crab leg story isn’t a big deal, of course.
But combined with other incidents allegedly involving Winston, it’s worth keeping an eye on as he tries to bring the Seminoles another national title this fall.
