A day after Twerking on Santa, Cyrus walked the red carpet with a blonde bob, though it’s safe to assume the fresh look is merely a wig.
Still, it’s yet another headline-making move by Miley, who Tweeted over the weekend that she’s feeling a bit under the weather.
