Unfortunately, however, not all animals get along so well.
In a rather stunning and disturbing new video, a young wildebeest crossing the Mara River in southwest Kenya with his flock – in search of fresh grass – is swallowed up by a crocodile.
As you can see, the wildebeest actually survives the initial attack… but spends so much energy doing so that he’s left tired and vulnerable when a second crocodile swims by and snatches him up in his mouth:
