Looking fairly lucid and sober (well, at least for her) and dressing fairly conservatively (well, at least for her), Lindsay Lohan went shopping with friends (which apparently she has) in Brentwood and Malibu, Calif., over the holiday weekend.
As she stepped out of a car, the one-time actress looked kind of rough, although she did stun celebrity gossip sites by covering up her genitals for once in her life.
Isn’t it so wonderful to watch children learning?

Lindsay, who got back together with Samantha Ronson for the 142nd time last week, also marked her 23rd birthday on July 2. The train wreck hasn’t had many notable achievements in … well, as long as we can remember. But she’s still around!
