According to a new report, Rupert Sanders isn't just single, he's ready to mingle... with Kristen Stewart!

Sources tell In Touch Weekly that friends of Robert Pattinson are concerned because the director and Stewart are alone in Los Angles (not counting a few million other residents), while the actor is filming a movie in Australia.

“It wouldn’t surprise me at all if Kristen and Rupert got back in touch, and it would be Rupert who reached out,” an insider tells the tabloids. “He was infatuated with her.”

Liberty Ross has filed for divorce from Rupert Sanders, who famously cheated on her last year with Kristen Stewart, whom he was directing in Snow White and the Huntsman.

Ross just filed the paperwork in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

She's asking for joint custody of their two children, ages 5 and 7, as well as spousal support and legal fees. Sanders has filed a response to the divorce petition.

He's also requesting joint custody but not asking for spousal support.

Kristen Stewart can get off Monster.com now. The actress is no longer without a job.

Sources tell Radar Online that the actress has signed on to reprise her role as the title character in a Snow White and the Huntsman sequel - one that will NOT feature Rupert Sanders behind the camera.

"The script has already been written and production will begin late next year," a source says of the film. "However, Rupert Sanders definitely won't be a part of the project. Rupert didn't want to be a part of it because he is desperately still trying to save his marriage. The search is still on for a new director."

In case you've been living under a rock without Internet access for the past six months, Stewart admitted to an affair with Sanders earlier this year.

The scandal affected both The Twilight Saga and plans for a Snow White sequel, though the storm has mostly passed now.

Kristen is apparently back with Robert Pattinson; Breaking Dawn Part 2 fared well at the box office; and now this sequel appears to be full steam ahead.

A new video has gone viral that purports to debunk this myth. It alleges its very own "proof" that the images were actually doctored, edited to appear as if Sanders and Stewart were making out in Los Angeles when, in this supposed reality, neither star was even at the location in question.

Blackmail! What if Sanders and Liberty Ross were behind the scandal this entire time in order to boost their professional profiles? The latter did suddenly walk the runway at New York Fashion Week a couple days ago.

She may have recently been spotted without a wedding ring, but Liberty Ross is reportedly willing to give her marriage another chance.

Provided Rupert Sanders follows a new set of rules, that is.

The estranged couple met up at their Hollywood Hills home on Friday and, according to Great Britain's The People, discussed a "five point plan" to save their relationship. It includes a re-worked pre-nuptial agreement to provide Ross with better terms in case things don't work out.

Liberty "would need Rupert to follow and sign" the documented guidelines "in order for her to consider dropping" her divorce request, a source tells the newspaper.

Would the cheating director be up for such a thing?

“Rupert’s desperate to patch things up so I’m sure he’d do anything," says the insider, adding that "no more depositions in the case are being taken while lawyers on both sides wait to see if [he] can meet the criteria."

What else is included? It's unclear. But earlier reports stated Ross was understandably adamant: Sanders it never to work with Kristen Stewart again.

Forget the future of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart for a moment.

We may have a window into the other relationship affected by the latter's cheating lips: model Liberty Ross appears close to leaving director Rupert Sanders.

We base this evaluation solely on Ross' online blog for Vogue UK, the most recent edition of which features nothing but a photo of an eagle with its wings spread. It certainly seems like someone is ready to fly away, doesn't it?

Previous reports had claimed that Ross was willing to forgive her husband, but visitors to her blog are apparently proud of her for letting go.

"Soar high, darling," one comment reads, while another adds: "Free as a bird? Good luck to you Liberty."

Let's get this out of the way: Kristen Stewart was wrong for cheating on Robert Pattinson. There's no excuse for infidelity. It's immoral and dishonest and hurtful to the person you supposedly care about most.

But - good gracious! - have you been reading the Internet since this scandal broke?!?

Is it possible justifiable criticism has morphed into ugly, inappropriate, sexist anger? Especially when one considers Stewart's age and the marital status of the man with whom she got involved?

Stewart is 22. Rupert Sanders is 41. He is married and has two children. She is legally single and has none. According to various reports, the leaked photos of this pair represented the entirety of their actions; i.e. they did not have sex.

Moreover, Sanders served in the capacity of Stewart's director on Snow White and the Huntsman, a position of power, someone Stewart - on a professional basis, granted - took orders from for many weeks.

But where is the backlash against Sanders? The latest rumor even states he'll be hired back as director on a possible Snow White sequel, while Stewart's role has either been eliminated or greatly reduced.

Considering all these factors, we need to ask: Is Kristen Stewart being unfairly treated by the public?

Liberty Ross was spotted this week without her wedding ring. She has also met with a divorce lawyer.

But sources nevertheless confirm to TMZ that the wife of dishonest director Rupert Sanders remains interested in reconciliation, much to the extreme pleasure of the man who sullied his marriage by at least making out with Kristen Stewart.

Sanders is desperate not to get divorced.

Yes, Ross has hired an attorney, an insider states, but she and Rupert have also started marriage counseling. Liberty is reportedly hoping to learn just why her husband stepped out on her and to feel reassured that it won't happen again.
