Katrina Darrell is gonna enjoy her 15 minutes of fame.
This part-time model auditioned for season eight of American Idol... in a bikini! She also planted a kiss on Ryan Seacrest following her approval from the judges (led by Simon Cowell, of course) and moved on to Hollywood.
Darrell actually doesn't have a terrible voice. She's from Chino Hills, CA and belted out “Vision of Love” by Mariah Carey during her audition.

America is the only place where you can do this. It wasn't selling and disgusting, it was self confidence and smart. Plus this girl can really sing and deserve to go to the next round.

cute, a little flat on top, but her stunning backside makes up for that. she's not a bad singer, either, at least from what i heard. i'd say an amateur who can barely hold her own against kara isn't half bad! go work in a dirty factory? that assumes all factory are dirty and those jobs are readily available. really, people, why do you have to be so stupid so often? besides, her gimmick was a bikini ~ you can find far trashier people wearing a lot more clothing.

She is pretty, but I think that she absolutely SUCKED at singing, there is nothing special there, she should stick to modeling........I can't tell you how many times I rolled my eyes while she was on camera, not only couldn't she sing, but she was annoyingly stupid as well....stick to posing for the cam hun...
