Monday’s part one of the Dancing with the Stars Season 18 finale saw the final four contestants give it their all in their quest for the Mirror Ball trophy tonight.

The big question heading in? Would the fall that left Mark Ballas injured keep him out of the competition, and end Candace Cameron-Bure’s chances?

The other, bigger question? Who would advance to night two of the finals, and which contestant would be eliminated, leaving just three celebs standing?

Let’s take a look at all the performances and scores on Dancing with the Stars’ Season 18 finale and see who stands the best chance of winning …

The scoreboard from last night’s Dancing with the Stars:

  1. Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy: 30 + 30 = 60
  2. Amy Purdy and Derek Hough: 30 + 29 = 59
  3. James Maslow and Peta Murgatroyd: 29 + 29 = 58
  4. Candace Cameron Bure and Mark Ballas: 27 + 24 = 51

There you have it. Meryl and Maks, perfect once more!

The duo moved on to the final night (spoiler alert) with two other couples. The celebrity contestant eliminate on this Monday night, however, was …

James Maslow!

Even the Big Time Rush singer’s passionate kiss with partner / likely girlfriend Peta Murgatroyd karate-style stick-twirling freestyle couldn’t save him.

Candace Cameron Bure and her shiny gold jumpsuit got the nod, along with Ballas, who battled through injury to perform and gave it a valiant effort.

She, Meryl Davis and Amy Purdy are the last three standing. Of them all, it looks like Meryl’s to win. Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Meryl’s partner, agrees.

"How can you enter a race without trying to win? God knows, I came back 13 times for this," he said. "I wanna look back and say, ‘I have nothing else to give.’"

Will the fans give him that elusive title tonight? Or will Amy pull off a minor upset – or Candace pull off a huge one? You just never know on this show.
