Lambesis was arrested last May after an undercover agent recorded a conversation in which the As I Lay Dying singer said he wanted his wife murdered.

The artist reportedly told a man at his gym that she was making it hard for him to see their kids and impossible to complete their divorce.

Lambesis is currently free on bond until his sentencing on May 2.

As I Lay Dying was created in San Diego in 2000 and has released six albums, including 2007′s “An Ocean Between Us." It soared all the way to number-eight on Billboard‘s charts.
