Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon & Alex McCord: Fired From The Real Housewives of NYC?
Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon and Alex McCord will not be returning to the Real Housewives of New York City for its fifth season, according to a new report.
The Huffington Post story, citing sources inside Bravo, claims the trio has been pink-slipped and they were given the news on Thursday. But is it true?
Bravo has not officially commented. A rep for Zarin said, "Jill is still in discussions with Bravo for season 5 and no final decisions have been made."
Just recently, Zarin implied she would be back, so it's unclear what to believe. Bensimon's rep said no immediate casting decisions have been made.
McCord Tweeted, "Speaking for myself only, there is no decision yet whether I'm in or out of #RHONY. Nothing's finalized, though I'd like to do another year."
If those three were bounced, Ramona Singer and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps would be the only remaining original cast members on the reality show.

I like to consider myself a good judge of character. Alex is a great woman who has found her voice. I love sonya when she doesnt name drop and is just her sunshine self.Ramona has foot in mouth disease but youve got to love her cause there isnt a snobby bone in her body. As for the brunettes they need to take a good look in the mirror or just watch themselves on tv.Cindy aint mean but I cant say the same about the other brunettes.

ALEX IS A POISONOUS SNAKE FULL OF TOXINS FOAMING OUT OF HER SKIN WITH HATE A HYPOCRITE NOW SOCIAL CLIMBING ON THE COAT TAIL OF BETHANY. THE SHARKS MISSED LUNCH. GLAD SHE IS GONE...GONE..ALONG WITH INSIPID HUSBAND.
RAMONA YOU HAVE CHANGED FOR THE WORSE. BIGGEST HYPOCRITE OF THEM ALL. GOD HELP YOUR SO CALLED GIRLFRIENDS. AS HOSTESS YOU SHOULD HAVE HELPED KELLY AT YOUR PARTY NOT MAKE HER LIFE HELL.

I can't believe that LuAnn didn't get booted as well. She is two faced, haughty, insincere, and needs someone to teach her what real class is. She has none. Oh did I forget to mention bully? That is what she has in common with her friends Kelly and Jill. As far as Alex I like her when she's not overly emo. Cindy? Really? I was puzzled all last season on why they put her on to begin with. Yeah she works, but maybe she should work on being more personable and not such a follower. I think she was boring addition to the show.

I liked Alex, or rather felt sorry for her...all the bullies picked on her cuz they could. Jill turned two faced, I loved her the first season tho....They should have axed the mangina.....kelly is still w/o a brain.

Jill, YUCK...i totally agree with "velvet" sonya and ramona are the only straight up fun chicks on the show. those are the two i would pic to party with ... hands down!
i DO like alex as well...she is easily influenced and i feel the party girls could show her a thing or two...teach her to loosen up a little.
the dark hair hair removal lady is like watching grass grow...bore-ring! luan is pretty much a yawn as well. the chemistry between her and her new dude is right up there with bert and earny. LOL!

LuAnne should have been let go as she has caused nothing but trouble since Betheney was on the show. The Countess wrote a book about class and forgot to read it, she has no class. Jill thought she was the star, pretended to be everyones friend while stabbing them in the back. Her love hate relationship with Ramona has been going on since long before we all started watching so why should that effect her standing with BRAVO? Jill's problems with Alex are directly from that little bird in her ear, Luanne causing trouble so she can act superior to others. Luanne is the main reason why Jill is gone as she wanted to be the star. She is a phoney!!!!! Kelly should continue to take her meds everyday.....not only on days it's convenient for her. Cindy was boring. Bring Alex and wild Simon back, they are from Brooklyn and we need representation from all boroughs.

I am so thankful that I won't have to watch my favorite show with Jill or Kelly still there. Jill is such a backstabbing-bad friend to everyone and is as 'fake' as her annoying smile!! She will realize to late that she could have formed some great friendships with the ladies, but she always had to lie, trash talk and fake her concern about any problems they had. Kelly was simply in her 'own' little fairy-tale world & never had a clue about anything going on around her. Now if only they would rid us of the pompous Luanne and her holier than everyone attitude! But it just might be interesting to see her put in her place without her 'mean-spirited' ladies backing her~

I agree with most of the comments, LuAnn what can I say? One writer says "money can't buy you class" I do not believe that she had either. Jill should have left after Betheny, Kelly should keep seeing her doctor it's working. Cindy I like, at least you saw someone working... a little. Alex although her husband is different seemed real. Ramona needs an intervention, and Sonya I have a better arse, all-in-all when I saw how bad their lives were I realized that my life was not as bad as I thought after all.
