Lindsay Lohan: Leaving Rehab After All!

Lindsay Lohan will not be sticking around rehab after all.

Despite an earlier report that she would remain at Betty Ford despite being free to go, E! reports she's peacing out soon - if she hasn't already.

Radar Online says she's already been released from the Rancho Mirage, Calif., facility, where she was ordered to spend 90 days months ago.

Per an insider, the now clean and sober actress "doesn't want a motorcade and the paparazzi to be chasing her," but should be out by today.

Lindsay's next court appearance is scheduled for February 25. Until then, she will be trying to reacclimate to society slowly and cautiously.

Lohan is expected to live at a secret beach hideaway (Venice Beach is the rumored destination) where she will try to turn over a new leaf.

She still has the lease on her West Hollywood condo ... for now. The big question, whenever she gets out, is whether she'll stay clean. Thoughts?

    I sincerely wish her well. I think she'll do better this time around. Keep in mind I said 'better'. I use to love lindsay lohan, especially in the parent trap & mean girls. She has the potential to be so beautiful, cuz she was seriously starting to look all old & drugged out. Good luck lindsay!

    If she had come out of Betty Ford without any controversy, I would have said she has a good chance at staying out of trouble. But man, she even caused trouble in REHAB!! I mean, if you can't go on the straight and narrow there, what chance have you got when you get out? She won't make it to the end of January without getting locked up again. Place your bets...
