As she awaits a decision on whether she will lose her crown to Tami Farrell Monday, embattled Miss California Carrie Prejean wants to put a lid on the nude photos that sparked the controversy surrounding her - immediately.
A cease and desist letter was fired off from her lawyer to thedirty.com, demanding that the site take down the Carrie Prejean topless pics it posted last week.
In the letter to the site, her attorney makes the claim that "One of the displayed images of Ms. Prejean was illegally taken under false pretenses when she was a 17-year-old minor and unable to consent to its creation."
Unable to consent? Is she not a model? Is this a photo shoot or a candid image she was not aware was being taken? What are we missing here?
Even more intriguingly, the letter goes on to say: "The other image depicts Ms. Prejean's likeness but is not an actual photograph. It is an electronic manipulation ["photoshopped'] of her image created without her consent."
Basically, the beauty queen's camp is issuing threats claiming that the first topless pic was taken without her consent, and that the other one is not even real.
Pretty flimsy argument if you ask us - and the site that posted them.
The response from thedirty.com:
"Your client's publicity rights are substantially inferior to the right of the public to consider, discuss, agree and/or disagree with Ms. Prejean's actions and views."
"This is not conduct for which your client's consent is required."
Translation: Thanks for trying, but not gonna happen.

It says in the bible that if you lust over a woman in your heart, that is already adultry, don't you think carrie is helping them commit this sin just by posing in pictures like this? Even swinsuits.. And getting the boob job was for self esteem, Right???? Vainity purposes only.
