Claiming that it wasn't solely done for the sake of vanity, Ashley Tisdale stated that she got the plastic surgery to fix a deviated septum - the same excuse used by Ashlee Simpson, Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz and others for goin' rhino style.
The Hills' Heidi Montag, on the other hand? She just wanted to look more like a typical Hollywood bleach-blonde tramp and get her sort of pretty face onto more magazine covers. Just ask her - she'll probably admit it, at least.

I can believe that she may have got it done for medical reasons, but she doesn't even look the same!

Ummm she looked significantly better before...also, anyone with a giant nose in the first place who gets rhinoplasty gets it because they want to make there nose smaller...blah to "it was a necessary medical procedure".

She looks a lot different for more reasons than just her nose. She is makeup is much different, her hair is even parted on the other side and her lack of bangs adds to the difference. If the "after" picture featured the same make up and hair, I doubt we would even notice her nose.

OKay all I have to say is she looks quite ewa now. I see a small difference in her nose, but I like her Before picture way better. She needs to stop dying her freaking hair before she like loses it all . She also needs to sleep more. I see bags under her eyes ^ _^

Ashley is a singer{kinda} so I can absolutely believe she had the septum repaired for medical reasons. A deviated septum interferes with breathing significantly.
That being said, she was cute before and she's still cute. The blogger must have posted the two dorkiest pics he could find.

She is still hot, but i think she should have kept her hair blonde. but other than that her nose is awesome! I like it better short.

I think she looks great. The before picture is of her all touched up and professionally done...of course she looks amazing there. But, she looks like a normal teenage girl on the right. She isn't wearing much makeup, isn't afraid to show that she too, like a normal person, gets bags under her eyes. I like her either way. She at least seems real. I give her credit, and applaud her new look.
