The Glee star tragically died of a heroin overdose after a night out in Vancouver in July of 2013.
He left behind an impressive professional legacy via his role as Finn Hudson, as well as an endless number of friends and loved ones in the entertainment industry.
On the two-year anniversary of his passing, Lea Michele posted a photo online and wrote of her late love:
"Today we remember the laughter and joy you brought into our lives every day. We think of you always and love you so."
