Ellen DeGeneres has finally found a buyer for the Beverly Hills estate that she put on the market nearly a year ago.

American Idol host Ryan Seacrest has agreed to pay close to the $49 million asking price for the luxury property.
DeGeneres and Seacrest are working with realtor Kurt Rappaport, who indicates the property is currently in escrow and will close later this week.
Ryan’s girlfriend is Julianne Hough, a former DWTS pro turned country singer and actress.
Ellen married her partner Portia de Rossi in 2008. They recently purchased the Malibu beach house previously owned by Brad Pitt.
