There are conflicting reports on whether of not Lindsay Lohan has left the Betty Ford Center. Some say she has decided to stay an extra week while others are reporting that she left yesterday.
After a failed drug test three months ago, a judge ordered Lindsay to undergo extensive treatment at BFC. Her stay seemed to be going well until last month when the actress had a run in with a worker amid allegations of physical violence.
That all seemed to be swept under the rug. Reports now indicate that Lohan could be facing a probation violation and that information will be forwarded to Judge Fox.
Lindsay will be living in new digs in Venice, right next door to her former girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Moving trucks were seen unloading Lohan’s belongings at the 4-bedroom beach house.
Lindsay must submit to mandatory drug testing and continue with her psychiatric care. Her next court appearance on February 24.
Dina Lohan reportedly confirmed her daughter’s departure from rehab on E! Online: “It’s a great day.” Lilo, on the other hand, reportedly sent this text to Gossip Cop: “I did not leave rehab. I am going to the gym.”
Lohan rejoined the ranks of Twitter, quoting Ghandi in her New Year’s Day tweet.
