Katy Perry admits that she is far too busy promoting her movie ‘Part of Me 3D’ and working on a new album to worry much about finding a new man.
In an interview with USA Today, Perry said, “For me, right now, I’m totally not looking. I’m just looking to heal. And I’m on that path. I’m not down on love.”
Katy, 27, recently finalized her divorce from Russell Brand, following a 14 month union that ended abruptly in late December 2011.
Though she has been photographed getting chummy with ‘Florence and the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd, the pop star claims they are not a couple.
She sets the record straight, “That’s not even appropriate to label. There are times I go out and meet people and flirt, but it’s not really appropriate to have anything serious.”
Perry considers herself “older” and “wiser.” She has altered her future vision, “My fairy-tale has absolutely changed. I don’t need Prince Charming to have my own happy ending. I can make the happy ending myself.”
