Kaley Cuoco is speaking out in defense of her sister Briana’s audition on The Voice Monday night, denying that any tampering was done on her behalf.

Neither Christina Aguilera or Cee Lo Green, who turned around for Briana Cuoco, or Blake Shelton and Adam Levine (who did not), knew who she was, Kaley insists.

Briana’s relation to The Big Bang Theory star prompted the obligatory speculation that the audition may have been rigged when she made it through.

Kaley felt compelled to respond to those allegations on Twitter, noting that the whole point of The Voice is that the singers make it through on merit:

"FYI last nights #TheVoice was NOT rigged because I’m @bricuoco sis. She made it ON HER OWN 100%. It’s called BLIND AUDITIONS for a reason."

Briana responded, “are people actually saying that? Aw man.”

Kaley replied, “not anymore! I set em straight!”

In one of the highlights of the season so far, Kaley, 27, and her family were going crazy backstage as Briana, 24, sang her heart out on the NBC show.

The judges waited until the very end to make a move. Christina turned around first, followed by Cee Lo. Kaley’s little sis eventually chose Team Christina.

“My sister understands that I have aspirations, that I have things that I wanna do for me,” said Briana, who works as Kaley Cuoco’s personal assistant.

Says Kaley, “She’s deserved this her whole life…this is her time now.”
