Yes, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were spotted in New York City over the weekend, with anonymous sources claiming they slept in the same bed and are totally in love.

But if you need to see Wardashian (Kwest? Special Ks?) for yourself, we now have photographic evidence that these two are an official couple: look at their interocking hands in the following pics!

Kanye joined his new love and her family at the opening of Ryu last night, some Japanese restaurant in the Big Apple that's actually the brainchild of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, who were on hand along with Kris, Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Earlier in the day, Kim was spotted with "KW" earrings on.

So that settles it. Now we just need your help: What should Kim and Kanye's nickname be?
